In this context, on 26.07.2023 at Durak Fındık Ünye Factory;
A total of 63 female employees were included in the pre-test program for blue-collar employees. Pre-test topics are;
- Hygiene training and salmonella
- Violence against women
- Discrimination and mobbing at work
- Climate change
- Child labor
- It consists of topics such as human rights
