    After the pre-test application and the training provided within the scope of Sustainable Practices, which we carry out as Durak Hazelnut, a post-test application was carried out on 13.10.2023 to measure the awareness and learning levels of the employees.

    The post-test program for blue-collar employees included 167 female employees. The topics of the post-test are;

        Hygiene and Salmonella
        Violence Against Women
        Discrimination and Mobbing in the Workplace
        Child Labor
        It consists of topics such as Human Rights.
