As Durak Hazelnuts, we continue to take the necessary precautions to prevent the reproduction of brown skunks and to end the lives of existing skunks.
In line with this purpose, we have started spraying with fogging machines, which are effective methods.
Fogging machines used in the fight against brown skunks (Halyomorpha halys) are an effective method especially in large areas and dense populations. Fogging machines are ideal for effectively applying spraying or control methods in large areas such as large agricultural lands, gardens or barns. The machines minimize the amount of pesticide used, saving both cost and providing a more environmentally friendly application opportunity.
Spraying should be done in windless and calm weather. Otherwise, the pesticide may spread outside the sprayed area and harm the environment. Masks, gloves and protective clothing should be worn during spraying. Care should be taken to ensure that there are no people or animals in the sprayed area.
