Durak Hazelnut Integrated Facility Visit and HACCP System Training

On April 16, 2025, personnel from the Sakarya Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry visited our Durak Hazelnut Integrated Facility located in the Western Black Sea region.
During the visit, our guests were informed about the general operation of the facility and introduced to the production processes.
In addition, in order to ensure the sustainability of our quality standards, our Quality Assurance Manager, Mr. Adalet Murt, provided comprehensive training on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system.
The visit and training program were productive in terms of mutual exchange of information and strengthening sectoral cooperation.
