Our "Each Child a World" project, which we carry out in partnership with İkizce District Governorship and Durak Fındık, was introduced to local administrators and headmen in İkizce District.
Mayor of İkizce Bahri SÖĞÜT and 31 Neighborhood Headmen attended the meeting chaired by İkizce District Governor Ali Recai YERLİKAYA. İkizce District Governor Ali Recai YERLİKAYA; Stating that seasonal agricultural worker families have started to come to our region, he said that the state will do whatever is necessary to prevent both seasonal agricultural worker children and local children from working in hazelnut agriculture. He asked the headmen to give the necessary support to the project. Then Project Coordinator Vedat MACİT and Academic Advisor Tuğba KONTAŞ AZAKLI explained the details of the project to the neighborhood headmen. Finally, İkizce District Governor Ali Recai YERLİKAYA ended the meeting by thanking the Durak Fındık family for their support to the project.
