As Durak Hazelnut, we continue our work for our producers in line with our understanding of sustainable agriculture. Within this scope, we have implemented organic input applications in selected model orchards.
The aim of these applications is to allow our producers to observe organic production processes in the field and examine correct practices on-site. The organic inputs used were applied in the model orchards according to the determined plan, and the effectiveness of the process was monitored.
Thanks to these practices that protect soil health, support environmentally friendly and sustainable production, the goal is to both increase productivity and protect natural resources in the long term. It is expected that these studies conducted in the model orchards will also serve as a guide for other producers in the region.
As Durak Hazelnut, we will continue to expand sustainable agricultural practices together with our producers.
