As Durak Hazelnut, we conducted internal audits on-site for our producers as part of our organic hazelnut production.
During field visits, our teams inspected the production areas on-site, checking the general condition of the orchards, their compliance with organic production criteria, and the application processes. Simultaneously, we held one-on-one meetings with our producers to evaluate current practices.
During the audits, the recording of production processes, the suitability of the inputs used, and the accuracy of field practices were meticulously reviewed.
As Durak Hazelnut, we continue to strengthen the traceability of our production processes through our on-site controls and to create a more sustainable production structure together with our producers.
