Durak Hazelnuts Organized Awareness Training on International Women's Rights Day

At Durak Hazelnuts, we prioritize ensuring that our employees have a safe and equal working environment. To this end, as part of International Women's Rights Day on December 5th, we held a training session titled "Combating Violence Against Women and Their Rights" for our female employees at our Ünye factory.
The training covered topics such as the types of violence against women, their impact on working life, women's legal rights, and recourse options. Information was also provided on our principles for creating a safe work environment and our internal support processes.
Following the program, our Chairman of the Board, Hasan Basri Durak, presented our female employees with flowers specifically commemorating the day. This meaningful gesture further demonstrated the value we place on women's empowerment.
At Durak Hazelnuts, we continue to continue our awareness campaigns, strengthen our female employees' access to rights, and support a safe, respectful, and equal work environment for everyone.
