We Conducted Visits to Sakarya as Part of Our Produce Traceability Program

As part of the "Manav" (Hazelnut Collection Center) Traceability Program conducted by Durak Fındık, we carried out field visits to our collection centers in the Sakarya region between September 17 and 23, 2026.
During these visits, we conducted a general assessment of the 2026 harvest season and examined the operational and record-keeping processes of our collection centers on-site.
The field activities focused on key areas such as occupational health and safety, hygiene and sanitation, warehouse ventilation and pest control, personnel equipment usage, document archiving, record-keeping and traceability, and complaint logging.
Existing practices and processes were evaluated on-site during the inspections. We also engaged in a mutual exchange of information with our collection center operators and discussed measures to ensure the proper execution of record-keeping and traceability processes.
At Durak Hazelnuts, we continue our field activities under the Manav Traceability Program to strengthen traceability within our supply chain and ensure the systematic operation of our record-keeping systems.
