As Durak Hazelnut Industry and Trade Inc., we have implemented the application of shoot harvesting in our sample agricultural gardens where we continue our activities.
Shoot harvesting is an important step in increasing hazelnut productivity. Shoot harvesting is the process of regularly pruning young shoots and removing excess shoots from the tree. This application ensures that the energy of the trees is used more efficiently and increases hazelnut yield and quality. In addition, thanks to shoot harvesting, the air circulation of the trees is improved, which prevents the spread of hazelnut diseases.
